How much is the deposit and when is the deposit required?

The deposit has been reduced from $400US to $300 per person.

When is a deposit required?

The deposit is required as added incentive for guest to travel the first time.  We understand that a new guest may still have lingering doubts that the vacation may be a scam.  So the deposit is a small incentive to travel.

If you believe that the deposit is only required to get a guest to the resort the first time, it makes no sense to require a despost for repeat guests.  Therefore no deposit is required for repeat guests.

There are also some business reasons for the new policy.
