I have noticed that all of your girls have African decent, do you have any white girls?

Yes.  We have a few girls who have very light skin but since the population is only 14% European of Spanish decent a white girl is very rare.

The population of the the Dominican Republic considers themselve Dominican rather than in some part African.  So there is no real attitude based on race or racial intolerance.  That said light skinned Dominican seem to fare better economically on average than dark skinned Dominicans.  I have been here so long that I no longer see or note skin colour.

Skin collour is interesting.  We had a very light skinned girl named Margaret working in the hotel.  One day she mentioned that both her parents had dark skin.  "I guess you are the white sheep of the family!"

The girls are just girls trying to support their families
