Are there many Airports there?

For now,  there is only one airport.  Santo Domingo de las Americas airport (SDQ).  SDQ is the main/business airport for the island and is serviced by many airlines as scheduled flights.

However there are airports in Santiago, La Romana, Punta Cana and Puerto Plata.  Guest who have chosen to fly into one of theses airports and taxi to the resort have indicated they would not do it a second time.
